When buying cosmetics, most women go by what they learn from advertisements, "specials" in department or drug stores, or what is handy when they're shopping in the grocery store "cosmetic" section.
Historically, cosmetic creams were made of ingredients from earth's' natural resources. According to one ancient recipe, olive oil, water, beeswax and rose petals graced the complexions of Roman beauties 2000 ago.
Briefly speaking, our skin is composed of three layers: the epidermis, dermis, and subcutis. The outermost part, the epidermis, sheds regularly; the deeper layers contain cells that are constantly growing or rejuvenating. They need nutrients designed to nourish and aid this re-growth process. Most of what is found in commercial creams and lotions is made to withstand "shelf life" in the store, loaded with preservatives and chemicals never meant to be used on delicate facial skin, hurting not only bacteria or fungi but also the skin cells.
Using essential oils in cosmetics should be in pure, natural, unadulterated form. They rejuvenate and replenish the skin, much along the same concept as good food fueling the necessary needs of the body.
This is presented in AromaCreams made by Ms. Lavenda. These creams contain ingredients naturally occurring in nature compatible with skin metabolism. Almost 100% are of plant origin, designed by years of study and research, compiled in a beautiful fragrant, natural cream made to nourish and enhance the skin.
Due to absence of harmful to skin chemicals that well preserve texture of creams, stability of AromaCreams is generally lower than that of the products found on most of shelves of beauty salons and stores. Depending on the oil contents and essential oils, it varies from 4 months to at least 3 years (average being 12 months). They should be stored in ambient temperature (60-80 °F, or 15-25 °C). After a prolonged storage we observed a slight phase separation in some cases. Also, certain saturated fats may precipitate resulting in uneven texture. To ensure AromaCreams freshness we label each jar with a lot number indicating the production date: year(1 digit)/month(1 hexadecimal digit)/day(2 digits). These creams don't loose their therapeutic properties, only their great smooth appearance. We also should mention that AromaCreams show slight variations from one batch to another because of the nature of their ingredients - natural products are variable, depending on the soil the plants grow and the methods of purification, unlike well defined but artificially produced components of most common creams.
Despite those minor drawbacks, when you will use AromaCreams, you will find that your skin will become alive again, and you won't switch back to what you've been using before. If you are serious about your skin condition we recommend taking a sauna or a steam room at least once a month, and use AromaCreams daily.
